Responsibilities
We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Strategic Programs & Informatics Analyst to lead high-impact initiatives that sit at the intersection of business operations, data strategy, and organizational transformation. This role blends the analytical mindset of a Business Analyst with the executional drive of a Program Manager. You will be instrumental in accelerating strategic priorities, ensuring alignment across teams, and elevating the professionalism of our informatics practices.
What You’ll Do:
Program Management: Own and drive highly visible, cross-functional strategic programs from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
Business Analysis: Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and translate them into actionable roadmaps.
Informatics Strategy: Help mature the organization’s informatics capabilities, focusing on structure, governance, and operational excellence.
Data Fluency: Use data to inform decisions, uncover opportunities, and track outcomes. Be comfortable with dashboards, KPIs, and data storytelling.
Change Enablement: Facilitate adoption and engagement around new processes, tools, and ways of working that improve efficiency and transparency.
Cross-functional Leadership: Build strong relationships across teams and act as a connector to ensure work moves forward, even without direct authority.
What We’re Looking For:
3–7 years of experience in business analysis, program management, or operations roles (healthcare, tech, or informatics experience a plus)
Strong project ownership with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and translating strategic ideas into structured workstreams
Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar) and experienced in data-informed decision making
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Passion for improving systems, operations, and informatics maturity
Requirements
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Additional Preferences
Experience with enterprise informatics, data governance, or digital transformation initiatives
Exposure to Agile, Lean, or similar operational frameworks
Background in healthcare, life sciences, product management or a data-rich domain
