Job Description Summary

Commercial Leader responsible for growing the service business at named accounts through in-house service segment growth. This role is responsible for the USCAN Houston and Dallas Markets.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Originating sales by positioning GE service and technology solutions; and identifying the best technical and commercial approach.

  • Promote the business value propositions of GE technology.

  • Works in close cooperation with regional sales and service delivery.

  • Developing specialized knowledge of latest commercial developments in own area and communication skills to influence others.

  • Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.

  • Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers.

  • Takes new perspective on existing solutions.

  • Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations.

  • Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.

  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and Minimum 5+ years of sales, marketing, or services experience in healthcare.

  • Previous Consultative or outcomes based selling experience.

  • Ability to travel and willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate needs of customers and sales teams.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
