Pharmacy Data Management, Inc. Pharmacy Network Contract Coordinator in Remote, Ohio

PDMI is seeking a talented Pharmacy Network Contract Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our mission-driven work! As a Pharmacy Network Contract Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our contracting processes, ensuring alignment with PDMI's values and policies. Collaborating closely with our Pharmacy Network Senior Contract Manager and internal stakeholders, you'll play a crucial role in executing contract-related activities efficiently.

Since 1984, PDMI has provided pharmacy data processing and other flexible, scalable solutions to help our clients meet their business objectives. We offer transparent, pass-through pharmacy processing and other services for private label Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs), vertically integrated health plans and hospital systems. In addition to Pharmacy Benefit Administrative Services, we offer 340B Administration, Hospice and Long-Term Care Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and executing contracts with pharmacy network providers

  • Coordinate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners

  • Maintain accurate contract records and track deadlines for timely completion

  • Support contract negotiation efforts by gathering and organizing relevant data

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address contract-related issues

  • Provide assistance with network credentialing and enrollment processes

  • Develop a deep understanding of PDMI's client network structure

  • Create and publish policies and procedures for pharmacy provider network contracting

  • Stay updated on contract management developments through industry associations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in health administration, business, finance, or related field OR equivalent industry experience

  • Prior experience in contract management or healthcare administration

  • Knowledge of pharmacy benefit management and healthcare reimbursement

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word) and Adobe

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships
