• Lead complex projects and programs with full oversight, ensuring metrics, compliance, and finances are strictly maintained.

• Recommend updates to procedures and engage in regulatory intelligence activities.

• Successfully implement initiatives related to safety reporting.

• Provide comprehensive training and support to team members.

• Serve as the primary point of contact in the manager's absence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a drug safety reporting role.

• Exceptional project management skills with a track record of leading complex projects.

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and procedures.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
