Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical installation, conduit bending, and troubleshooting. This role involves working in a fertility center environment, performing various electrical tasks including conduit installation, wiring, and equipment setup.
Responsibilities
Bend and install conduit, including EMT and other types.
Perform electrical installations and construction tasks.
Pull MC and BX wiring efficiently.
Read and interpret blueprints for accurate electrical work.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
Install and service hospital-grade devices and mechanical equipment.
Work with 1600Amp services, 150kW generators, and ATS installations.
Set up lighting, fire alarm systems, and nurse call systems.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in conduit bending and installation.
Experience with electrical wiring and installation.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Skilled in pulling wire, including MC and BX types.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
OSHA 30 certification.
SST 10 DOB certification.

Work Environment
The work environment is a fertility center with a team comprising two mechanics, two junior mechanics, and working foremen. The job involves working with 1600Amp service, hospital-grade device wiring, conduit pipe bending and installation, 150kW generators, ATS installations, lighting, mechanical equipment wiring, fire alarm, and nurse call systems. The hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Full PPE and hand tools are required, and all safety protocols must be followed at all times in a dust-controlled environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
