Your new responsibility:
Responsible for the development of future innovative systems for the electrical low voltage power supply of cars. This includes project management as well as budget responsibility
Analysis and design of electrical power supply solutions considering relevant standards
Conceptual analysis of functional safety on system- and component level
Technical coordination of interdisciplinary cooperation as well as alignment of system development related topics with internal and external customers, suppliers and universities
Define long-term advanced development roadmaps for low voltage powernet of cars in close cooperation with the engineering departments
Represent Vitesco Technologies at national and international conferences and panels
Lead competence center team of four employees
Your qualification:
University degree in electrical engineering, physics or comparable field
Long-term professional experience in the automotive industry, preferably with knowledge of powernet topologies and supply systems
Experience in project management
Knowledge of HV traction powernets, LV supply powernets and the relevant components
Knowledge of power electronics preferable
Experience in moderating and working with an interdisciplinary, international and global team
Analytical thinking, open-mindedness, thinking out of the box
Leadership skills
Fluent in English and German
