How you will make contributions that matter... * Investigates, reviews, and assigns work orders and preventative maintenance to maintenance and production personnel. * Coordinates preventive maintenance and maintenance project downtime with appropriate production departments and staff. * Create supply purchase orders, order supplies, receive supplies * Maintain SAP/Ariba data. * Updates maintenance technician records, work orders and equipment additions in SAP. * Establishes approved supply sources which meet required specifications through research. * Accurately6 reviews, approves, and converts electronic requisitions into purchase orders in a timely manner. * Oversees instruction, implementation, and enforcement of policies as they relate to employees. * Prepares purchase orders, bid requests, and required records on purchases, prices, and deliveries in SAP/Ariba * Computes, tracks, and monitors total purchasing costs and cost savings. * Approves supplier invoices and works with accounts payable to resolve discrepancies. * Assist with inventory control through cycle counting, physical inventory, and maintaining system inventory records to ensure accurate and sufficient on-hand material quantities.
