Job Title: Logistics Analyst- Senior (contingent)

This position is contingent upon contract award. A secret security clearance is also required.

Job Responsibilities:

• The ability to supervise personnel and managed the operations.

• Serve as the lead logistician for the contract team and direct liaison for the Government Program Lead.

• Responsible for making sure all tasks are accomplished as requested and in a timely manner.

• Responsible for establishing product workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory, while making sure all processes are within compliance.

• Creates, reviews, and improve procedures and processes for distribution and inventory management to maximize production and reduce cost.

• Responsible for overall technical performance.

• Require comprehensive knowledge of Standard Army Information Management Systems (STAMIS).

• Provide constant focus on methods to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency in the organization.

• Possess the knowledge of Army policies and procedures such as AR 710-2, AR 710-3, AR 735-5, AR 740-26, AR 725-50 and AR 190-13.

• Assist the Accountable Officer with developing quarterly briefing for Program Managers.

• Ensure requirements for status reports are completed in the requested customer’s time.

• Responsible for maintaining facilities and equipment making sure government equipment and facilities are not being misused or mishandled.

• Ensure that all programs provides 100% accountability and in-transit visibility for all programs.

• Integrate analytical capabilities and application of logistics principles.

• Adhere to the company’s AS9100 and QMS policies, procedures and guidelines.

• Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science or Logistics.

• 6 years’ experience as Logistics Analyst

• OR substitute 7 years’ experience as Logistics Analyst with no degree.
