Honeywell Sr Program Manager - Advanced Sensors in Redmond, Washington

Join a team of program management professionals to lead a development program with the Honeywell Strategic Space customer business team. Working under minimal supervision of the Platform CBT Director, you will be responsible for the execution of inertial sensor and system level solutions on a development program of significant size to achieve scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality requirements while demonstrating proficiency program management skills in this leadership position. You will manage and lead program teams that may span several Honeywell sites requiring coordination of technology development and transition to production across each of these locations. You must demonstrate proficiency with program management skills and drive on-time execution of the Honeywell IPDS phase gates and understanding of workstreams/functions across multiple Honeywell Centers of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive on-time execution and P&L responsibility

  • Manage & lead program teams

  • Create Implement program plan

  • Understand budget/schedule

  • Adhere to the IPDS process

  • Execute the Management OS

  • Collaborate, direct, lead large cross-functional teams

  • Coordinate with Functions

  • Facilitate forecast analysis

  • Support capacity analysis

  • Mentor members of team

  • Present programmatic details

  • Summarize key issues & actions

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Compensation & Benefits:

Incentive Eligible

Salary Range: $166,000 - $207,000

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 7+ years of experience and expertise within technical or business field

  • Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Clearance

  • Experience with inertial gyroscopes, accelerometers, and systems

  • Experience in Strategic Programs

  • Air Force, DCMA, and AFRL

  • US National Labs, including Sandia and Lawrence Livermore

  • Major Primes including Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Boeing, Raytheon, Textron, JH-APL, and Draper
