Meta Product Lifecycle Management Analyst in Redmond, Washington

Summary:

As Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Analyst at Meta Reality Labs, you will take on a critical role in bringing AR/VR to our customers. You will work side-by-side with engineering and business teams that are leading innovation in this exciting new product category.The PLM Analyst will support product programs by managing component and BOM creation from early concept through obsolescence. You will be able to define system configuration best practices. You are flexible, responsive, hands-on and able to manage competing demands.

Required Skills:

Product Lifecycle Management Analyst Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and organize complex PLM projects and priorities, solve problems that impact release progress and provide detailed information to cross functional teams

  2. Support Reality Labs product projects from pre-concept through obsolescence

  3. Create, and release Bills of Material based on input from Engineering, Project Management and Manufacturing to support NPI and production product releases

  4. Create and release manufacturers, manufacturer and vendor parts and internal part numbers in the PLM system

  5. Demonstrate a high degree of collaboration to collect data, drawings, specifications from internal and external data sources

  6. Initiate and manage ECOs, MCOs, Deviations and Stop Ships

  7. Communicate Engineering BOM and data requirements between Supply Chain and Production to facilitate material planning, order fulfillment, logistics and service requirements

  8. Contribute to broader PLM organizational goals, including tool and process improvements

  9. End user support and problem resolution

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 6+ years of related experience in a high tech, fast paced, consumer electronics environment managing Engineering design/documentation releases

  2. Hands on experience creating items and changes in a PLM system for part and product releases

  3. Experience with Mechanical CAD, ECAD and ERP systems

  4. Familiarity with ANSI/EIA-649 or CMII

Public Compensation:

$115,000/year to $170,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
