Producer BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Producer opportunity in Redmond, WA. Position Title: Producer Location: Remote Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Expected Duration: 3 months (Potential chances for extension) Job Type: [FULL TIME] (>=40 HRS WEEKLY)], [CONTRACT], [Hybrid] Pay Range: $50/hr to $55/hr on W2 Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Title: Producer Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid) Duration: 3 Months (Potential chances for extension) Candidate Requirements: * Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field. * Degrees or certifications required: NO degree is required to be eligible for this role. * Disqualifiers: Candidates without gaming team experience will not be eligible for the role. * Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain * Experience working with incident management tools and on-call best practices * Experience working with game teams in a fast-paced environment. * Basic understanding of PR (pull request) process and code commit. * Scrum or other Agile methodology experience a plus Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on how they work with the team you are bringing predictability to the team rhythm, providing clear communication. Skills Required * Familiarity with general software development practices and processes. * 4+ years of experience managing projects for large and small teams. * Ability to coordinate, collaborate and build effective partnerships cross-discipline. * Proficiency in project management tools, such as Azure DevOps/Jira, Confluence and MS Suite. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, proactively and inclusively within all levels of the organization. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience 1. Minimum 4 years' experience working on a games team 2. Minimum 4 years' experience with project management tools - creating clear dashboards and documentation 3.
