ManpowerGroup Organizational Change Management Consultant in Redmond, Washington

ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT

Our client, a high global technology giant, is seeking an Organizational Change Management Consultant to join their team. As an Organizational Change Management consultant, you will be part of a Customer Facing Delivery team.

Location: Redmond, WA

Pay Range: $110.00-115.00/hr

What’s the Job?

  • Provide strong leadership of OCM delivery teams, with an ability to influence high performance and collaboration between all parts of the technical delivery teams and customer’s OCM sponsor.

  • Lead meetings and workshops with customers/partners using business, industry, and technology strategies to map customer/partner requirements to the adoption and optimization of corporation's technology solutions.

  • Be resourceful and collaborative to better understand and define customer needs and business outcomes.

  • Gather and propagate customer/partner insights from a broad range of stakeholders, as well as the main business sponsor that will help shape and form both the definition and ongoing execution of the project.

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years’ experience in Organization Change Management or Organizational Behavior in a customer-facing consulting role. OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years’ experience in Organization Change Management or Organizational Behavior in a customer-facing consulting role.

  • Experience in organizational change management consulting.

  • Led a change team delivering a change program to support enterprise-level technology migration and transformation programs.

  • Experience leading technology adoption programs focused on Data & AI.

  • REQUIRED- -Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci.

  • Experience communicating, influencing and managing expectations with C-level executives.

  • Certification or accreditation (one or more of the following preferred): Certified Change Management Professional™ (CCMP™) – from the ACMP; Human Synergistics Certified Accredited Practitioner – from Human Synergists; International Foundation Change Agent Certification – from Changefirst.

  • Change Management Practitioner Certification – from APMG International
