VWR International, LLC Onsite Inventory Technician in Redmond, Washington

The Opportunity: In this role, you will report to the Onsite Supervisor and will work closely with the Avantor's Lab and Production Services professionals to serve our customers by performing customized, mission-based lab work and research protocols that help return time back to science. Location: Redmond, WA Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Hourly Rate: $23/hr. - $25/hr. (plus mileage reimbursement) Valid Driver's License and Reliable transportation required. In this role you will: Utilize a handheld scanner to manage customer inventories. Undertake daily replenishment duties across multiple sites in a 10-mile radius. Execute additional inventory management tasks including overseeing slow-moving and obsolete stock, conducting cycle counts and annual inventories, and generating reports. Operate Avantor and customer computer systems as part of job responsibilities. Coordinate schedules with other associates. Travel within a 10-mile radius of Redmond, WA. Handling hazardous chemicals and performing repetitive lifting of bottled chemicals. Provide daily customer service functions and communicates with the customer relative to inventory management but not limited to order entry, reporting, maintaining metrics, and cost savings tracking. Responsible for managing consigned, non-consigned, customer-owned inventory. Deliver inbound packages to customer contacts.
