The Hospitality and Workplace Operations Senior Coordinator will serve as a leader for our Seattle location services team and will provide top-tier customer support, efficient service and develop organized processes for the day-to-day operations.

This role will provide leadership and direction in matters related to facility and hospitality operations and scope/quality of services. This role is responsible for a wide range of services that include executing office meetings and events, internal and external customer support and general administrative care.

The Hospitality and Workplace Operations Senior Coordinator will work closely with the Workplace manager to execute their strategic direction and vision for the office as it pertains to internal and external stakeholders and ensure that we exceed customer experience expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Accenture's Workplace Solutions operations across Accenture business entities within the areas of responsibility

  • Responsible for the oversight and implementation of reception services, facility management, life safety policies and procedures. Also responsible for space management, event coordination, document services, floor operations support, space utilization management, billing/invoicing and additional location services

  • Provide leadership, direction, development and employee supervision within the areas of responsibility

  • Plan and manage operations and services deliveries, ensuring operational compliance to policies, budgets and guidelines, and review service performance against business objectives

  • Set up, maintain and/or provide support for workspace/meeting rooms including catering and audio/visual equipment

  • Process space reservation requests (assign and confirm space, catering and equipment) and ensure optimal workspace occupancy

  • Support Life and Safety Efforts: Including badge access, audit reports, and general CCure administration

  • Execute/oversee the purchasing, maintenance and disposal of company Workplace assets, in line with Accenture and local policy

  • Direct general construction, installation, and repair throughout the facility

  • Assists in the execution of capital projects and property rehabilitations 

  • Act as a point of contact for the landlord or external providers and manage regular contract relationships

  • Receive, review and allocate Workplace Solutions invoices for the location and/or supplier, including resolving billing issues with vendor and escalating issues as needed, and may serve as point of contact for managing the Workplace Solutions invoices for the GU/location

  • Act as the point of contact for various Workplace Solutions tools/databases, related basic technical support and end user training

  • Order, stock and maintain supplies for office (e.g., copy room, coffee/café. etc.)

Job Requirements:

  • This role is full time in our Seattle office at 2nd and Seneca with occasional support in our Kirkland and Redmond Offices. Flexibility is required for this role.

  • Ability to lift and move items, up to 40 lbs.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service and/or hospitality experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Passionate about Customer Service

  • Appropriate technical skills (familiarity with MS Office Suite and demonstration of ability to learn new platforms/technologies)

  • Facility/Office or Hospitality Experience

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
