Aerotek Structural Assembler in Red Oak, Texas

Job Title: Structural Assembler

Job Description

The employee must be able to use various drilling devices including pistol grip drill motor, 90-degree angle motor, 45-degree angle motor, and countersink cage (plus setup). The role requires the ability to use reverse pancake motor, snatch block/steamboat, Winslow gun, and Spacematic (power feed). The employee should be able to perform the entire sealing process and install and remove fasteners such as button head/flush hilok/hilite, castellated nuts, button head/flush rivets, blind rivets, and jo-bolts, while determining between shear/tension fasteners. The position may also involve running hydraulic systems tests.

Qualifications

  • 1.5 - 2 years of experience performing aircraft sheet metal assembly or structural repair.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Red Oak, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
