ManpowerGroup HVAC Technician in Red Oak, Texas
Our client, a leader in facility management, is seeking an HVAC Technician to join their team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the operational efficiency of the facility. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: HVAC Technician
Location: Red Oak, TX - Stationary position
Pay: $30-$33/hr.
What's the Job?
Perform maintenance and repairs to the Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems for the facility.
Maintain responsibility for facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing and inventory control, and technical proficiency.
Conduct cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and changing parts to keep HVAC systems and associated equipment at optimum performance levels.
Record readings and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation of equipment.
Comply with safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe workplace while recognizing and proposing methods to eliminate safety hazards.
What's Needed?
5-7 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems such as Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems and take corrective action.
EPA Universal Certification.
Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.
