Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Administrative Assistant (Global Digital Health, Global Real-World Evidence) based in Raritan, NJ.

Per our J&J Flex Policy, the expectation for this position is to work in the Raritan, NJ office 3-4 days per week and work from home 1-2 days per week.

The Johnson & Johnson Global Commercial Strategy Organization (GCSO) currently has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrative Assistant supporting the Global Digital Health & Real-World Evidence team members of the Global Commercial Data Science team located in Raritan, NJ. In this critical role, you will demonstrate a keen ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment and will work within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sophisticated and highly fluid calendar coordination, including scheduling and arranging meetings with internal and external partners.

  • Prepare documents of a highly confidential and sensitive nature such as presentations, memos and correspondence, expense reports.

  • Update files, documents and navigation maps in our TEAMs groups.

  • Closely partner with internal teams to build and distribute pre-reads and training materials

  • Domestic and international travel arrangements.

  • Track communications and capture analytics.

  • Proficiency in utilizing and innovating current technology platforms, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, web page navigation, Concur, SharePoint, Teams, Global Connect, Workday, Our Source, e-Marketplace.

  • Coordinate and administer Global Services Service Excellence & Experience engagements by managing statements of work and purchase orders; tracking expenditures and follow-up on actual expenses in variance reports; processing invoices and tracking against monthly reports; developing periodic reporting and communicating purchase order status reports.

  • Achieve results in the absence of day-to-day mentorship

  • Maintain office environment and serve as single point of contact for the Global Commercial Digital Health, & Real-World Evidence teams.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and exercising independent discretion and judgment to seek resolution of complex problems.

  • Provide support for large departmental and group meetings (i.e. Town Hall meetings) including logistical support; obtaining meeting room space, catering requirements, AV support, agenda support.

  • The Senior Assistant may scan e-mail for executives and highlight items for review or action.

  • The Senior Assistant may provide back up support to the Executive Administrative Assistant to the Chief Commercial Data Science Officer.

  • Handle external partner relationships and facilitate contracting efforts as needed.

  • The position is eligible to participate in J&J Flex, working 3 days in the office and 2 remote each week.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in an administrative capacity supporting senior management and high school diploma is required.

  • A college degree is preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.

  • The ability to prioritize, maintain confidentiality, and operate with patience and integrity in a complex, high-profile, and rapidly changing environment is required.

  • Excellent communication skills are required.

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

  • Sound judgment and discretion with ability independently to assess and resolve complex situations and shift priorities as the need arises.

  • Ability to anticipate executive needs and collect or prepare information for executive review and action is required

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is required.

  • Experience with Ariba, eMarketplace, Aravo, Concur, Totality, and/ or running budgets is highly preferred.

  • Experience supporting a large organization is highly desired.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$51,240 - $82,110

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
