Laboratory Corporation of America Inside Sales Representative in Raritan, New Jersey

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between LabCorp and the client base

  • Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective clients to grow business

  • Partner with the outside sales team to build relationships with clients

  • Communicate with client base on a regular basis to maintain service levels

  • Provide information and educational material about our services to the clients

  • Identify and evaluate client needs based on information provided

  • Work with specific clients on a daily basis to resolve any matters

  • Research and troubleshoot customer requests

  • Work with sales team to better educate the client


  • Bachelor's degree preferred or in lieu of degree, 3-5 years of experience in customer service

  • Previous sales experience is a plus

  • Experience in the medical/healthcare industry is a preferred

  • Familiarity with medical/laboratory terminology

  • Excellent communication skills; both written and oral

  • Strong organizational, follow-up and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment when needed

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office




Monday- Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm)
