Autumns Gate, Inc. Customer Experience Specialist in Ransomville, New York

Ransomville. Autumn's Gate. Customer Service Experience Specialist. Base + Commission.

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic customer experience specialist to increase positive customer engagement, raise awareness for the myriad product offerings available, and strengthen customer retention.

From Online to On the Farm The experience we provide our customers is at the foundation of what we do at Autumn's Gate. It is critical to provide an incredible experience with our brand from the very beginning of their interactions online, to their first visit, and throughout their journey with us.

The connection The CX Team is often the voice and face of Autumn's Gate. They are the first point of contact, as well as the dedicated liaison to potential and existing clients. They ensure client needs align with our solutions and objectives by providing incredible customer service, responding to customer queries, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize brand awareness, customer satisfaction, and product offerings.

Your responsibilities may include: - Tracking customer experience and activity across online and offline - Collaborating with internal teams to help address process issues, enhance product offerings, and provide market feedback - Aligning customer experience strategies with marketing and sales initiatives, as well as informing customers about new services, memberships, promotions, and products. - Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences and relationships. - Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner, via phone, text, email, social media, chat applications, and in person. - Analyzing customer feedback on product ranges and new releases, as well as preparing reports. - Documenting processes and logging customer interactions and issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints. - Keeping data clean in the CRM and ensuring customer information is up to date and accurate. - making sure EVERYONE has an incredible camp experience!
