Warehouse Manager oversees the refurbishment shop, ensuring timely project completion while managing payroll budgets and maintaining OSHA compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including pre-sold (new product), asset storage, 3PL business, and pre-owned inventor y.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through monthly cycle counts and process improvements to address discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement procedures to enhance productivity and safet y.
  • Lead, train, and motivate warehouse sta ff to achieve performance goals.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHAregulations and all health and safety standards.
  • Maintain equipment functionality and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with project managers, installers, sales, and design teams to meet delivery timelines.
  • Maintain an o rganized, clean, and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
  • Address damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, and customer returns e ffectivel y.

  • P re-Sold Supervisor(New Product)
  • 3PL/Asset Manager
  • P re-Owned Supervisor(Used Product)
  • Shop Supervisor

Success Metrics:

  • Maintain a clean, o rganized warehouse that meets all safety requirements, ensuring the dock is broom- swept and ready for the next shift.
  • Achieve 95% or higher annual inventory accuracy for pre-sold (new product) and 3PLbusiness.
  • Exceed OSHAsafety standards through regular inspections, safety walks, and team training.
  • Actively support company-wide safety initiatives as a key safety committee membe r.
  • Ensure 95% of outbound installation orders are loaded onto delivery trucks by 7:15AM dail y.
  • Conduct regular performance and o r ganization feedback meetings with team members.

  • Minimum 10 Years related experience p refer red
  • P roven organizational and follow th rough skills requi red

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills requi red
  • Ability to work effectively in a team envi ronment
  • Ability to work after normal business hours as needed to support the team and meet customer expectations.

  • Satisfactory MVR (driving record)
