Essential Job Duties:

This Account Specialist Position is responsible for incoming mail and phone calls. Position is responsible for checking incoming voicemails and emails. Position will post patient payments, assist patients with account questions, and responds to requests from insurance carriers for additional information.

Required Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • Manage patient accounts, including billing, payments, and insurance claims.

  • Coordinate financial arrangements and assist patients with understanding insurance coverage.

  • Handle inquiries and concerns regarding billing and payment plans.

  • Maintain accurate records of patient transactions and account information.

  • Collaborate with dental team to ensure smooth financial operations within the office.
