Bennett Aerospace Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Project Manager in Triangle Park, NC.
Position Responsibilities:
The Project Manager shall have oversight of all contract performance to include management of the database, task order management system and management of the overall program.
The Project Manager will serve as the interface between Bennett and the Government.
Accountable for operational execution, performance, compliance, customer relations, and strategic planning for areas of responsibility associated with the program.
Responsible to ensure staff training meets all contractual requirements.
Responsible for maintaining satisfactory standards of employee competency, conduct, appearance, and integrity, and supporting the recruiting, hiring, and management of assigned personnel – including performance management
Ensure Task Order contractors are submitting accurate deliverables and reports on time.
Responsible for resource management, including ensuring required staffing levels are met.
Position Requirements:
Possess a business or technical degree, and preferably an advanced business degree
At least 6 years of relevant, recent experience in program management and experience managing Government programs of similar scope, including contracts with multiple Task Orders and/or Subcontractors
Adept in senior management abilities and core business principles to include leadership, program management, problem solving, client interfacing, and communicating.
Demonstrate a basic understanding of relevant scientific principles (RDT&E) and demonstrate extensive knowledge of Government contracting processes, including knowledge of IDIQ contracts and the management of task orders.
