What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a Paid Search Manager who serves as the primary owner of Bandwidth paid search campaigns, plus other digital advertising efforts including display ads and paid social.
Continually aligns Bandwidth campaigns with user needs, providing the right message to the right person at the right time. Makes marketing decisions based on campaign performance and web analytics to drive high-value traffic and feed our conversion and Sales engines.
Collaborates across teams and departments to drive results for Bandwidth with a mindset that is data driven, customer-centric, curious, and biased towards action.
What You'll Do:
Own the creation, management, optimization, and outcomes of campaigns across paid search, display, and paid social.
Manage all aspects of Bandwidth’s Paid Search campaigns through Google and Bing Ads, ensuring that all lead, revenue, efficiency, and budget goals are met.
Manage Display advertising efforts including remarketing and brand awareness campaigns
Manage Paid Social campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn
Lead all campaign development, keyword discovery, keyword expansion, and ad copy creation.
Own the analytics for digital marketing programs, understanding and tracking the customer life cycle from awareness to conversion
Deliver key campaign performance reports and insights on a weekly and monthly basis.
Work closely with the web development and UX team to implement landing pages, tests, and optimizations
Serve as the internal champion of our Digital Advertising strategy
Collaborate with the Marketing team to support wider marketing initiatives, provide search insights, and help the team achieve its revenue, efficiency, and growth goals.
Collaborate with Inbound Sales teams to feed search-specific findings into broader online sales strategy and provide visibility into lead pipeline
Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers on new product launches to define objectives, goals, and launch plans for search marketing
Research and analyze competitor advertising efforts and provide insights and recommendations to marketing and product leadership groups
Stay current on digital marketing trends and best practices and continually analyze and leverage opportunities for growing traffic and optimizing programs
What You'll Need:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
4-6 years of search marketing experience that includes hands on management of Paid Search campaigns
Expert level experience leveraging paid search and other digital advertising channels to drive business growth.
Experience creating, developing, and tracking digital marketing campaigns.
Ability to sift through data to identify actionable insights.
Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Excel.
High level of initiative and proven ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Clear, concise and effective oral and written communication skills and proficiency in creating and delivering formal presentations.
Outstanding internal & external relationship building skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate, participate, lead, and negotiate.
Exhibits a customer-centric orientation in decision making.
Exhibits a team first attitude, taking on new projects and responsibilities as needed
