Serve as administrator and data steward for TIH’s FP&A applications and related processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  1. Serve as the administrator of TIH’s FP&A applications supporting forecasting, profit planning, cost allocations and other FP&A processes, primarily Workday Adaptive.

  2. Perform planning system maintenance, including version rollovers, accurate integration of data from other financial systems and updating organizational structures and accounts.

  3. Develop, maintain, and validate business rule calculation scripts, allocations, and custom calculations.

  4. Assist with the development of dashboards and reports.

  5. Update proper controls and documentation covering key processes and reports.

  6. Administer user access and permissions.

  7. Assist users with ongoing troubleshooting and provide routine training.

  8. Provide effective communication with FP&A system users on timelines, system processes and availability.

  9. Proactively evaluate each planning cycle to identify enhancements to the profit planning and forecast processes for efficiency and accuracy improvements. Provide additional support to FP&A staff and other departments.

  10. Provide support to FP&A processes as needed, such as assisting with forecasting and profit planning activities

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management information systems, or equivalent education and related training

  2. Five years of experience in financial systems administration

  3. Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP), accounting, and/or financial reporting systems

  4. Understanding of FP&A processes including enterprise-wide forecasting and planning

  5. Vision and drive to evaluate processes for efficiency and effectiveness and continuously improve

  6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with Workday Adaptive

  2. Knowledge of financial industry business practices

  3. Mastery of financial tools, practices, and concepts, including advanced Excel/VBA
