Job Description
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Payment Alliance International is looking to hire a Fleet Quality Control Manager. This position is responsible for ATM and kiosk software/hardware quality control and testing processes, managing software repositories for customers and field dispatch teams, working with manufacturers to fix problems and develop feature enhancements, and ensure feature enhancements operate within SOW specifications while also serving the needs of the business. This person will also test, update, and manage software resources that ensure the health, security, performance, and compliance of the ATM Managed Services (AMS) fleet.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
Test new software and hardware for ATMs and kiosks
Work with vendors to fix software/hardware issues for ATMs and kiosks
Manage software/hardware lifecycles and work with Fleet Manager to schedule/support updates as needed
Control new software release policies and processes
Establish and maintain testing benchmarks for software and hardware
Report on QC performance, issues, and department needs to leadership
Provide information to support budgetary and business reports as needed
Work with other functional managers to solve problems, and improve ATM and kiosks functions
Test Remote Monitoring Services (RMS), and work with IT team to ensure RMS systems are updated and functional
Work with vendors to fix and/or improve RMS systems as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma required, bachelor’s in business administration or accounting preferred.
Experience will be considered as a replacement for college degree
Four or more years of experience in the ATM or Merchant Services industry preferred
Two years minimum experience in ATM software/hardware troubleshooting is required
Two years minimum experience in Quality Control and Testing of software and hardware is required
Knowledge of host-driven ATMs preferred
Knowledge of kiosk processes and functionality is recommended
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, & Excel
Travel required
COMPUTER / APPLICATIONS SKILLS:
Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to learn other software programs quickly
Working knowledge of PAI Reports with some experience running reports is a plus
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This work is performed in a business office setting. The working environment can be distracting due to noise. Must be able to see, hear, speak and listen. Must be an excellent listener. Constant moving (up/down/around the office area) to address questions and provide coaching. Continuous looking at a computer screen. Daily contact with management and with co-workers. Work can be stressful and requires a calm, patient demeanor. Lifting of 10 pounds or less, which can be accommodated.
