IQVIA is excited to announce that, we are currently looking for a Field Sales Administrator , to assist our project leadership in project management and deliverables.
Field Sales Administrator
The Field Sales Administrator is accountable for coordinating with the project leadership, district management and senior customer/IQVIA management for assigned projects; communicating project activities; managing HR activities of field-based employees; and participating in managing the administrative procedures related to Field Management and project operations.
The primary tasks include:
Support Project Lead, District Managers and other senior leaders with customer related issues.
Administrative focused position with 80% of work on Expense Report processing and Approval.
Project management skills beneficial including excel, systems process management, follow up with necessary stakeholders and tracking multiple tasks to completion.
Coordinate assigned project activities.
Participate in appropriate customer and IQVIA meetings.
Document and report project progress and status to appropriate entities.
Assist the project leader in managing field-based and internal resources to achieve objectives.
In conjunction with HR respond to employee relations issues.
Identify, interview and screen candidates for backfill recruiting as needed.
Submit project reports as well as adhere to all personal reporting requirements.
Monitor project expenses and costs to ensure compliance with district budget requirements.
Qualifications/Experience
4 year Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required
Five years pharmaceutical sales experience, at least three years previous pharmaceutical sales management experience.
Strong ability to communicate and work cross-functionally within a team environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, partner and collaborate.
Strong leadership, planning and organization, problem solving and decision making skills.
Strong technical skills; Excel, Powerpoint, Workday Applicant Tracking System.

The potential base pay range for this role is $70,000-80,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
