We’re seeking a dynamic Executive Producer with the expertise, creativity, and strategy to turn client goals into highly engaging event experiences. This hands-on role involves orchestrating every detail—from pre-event planning to flawless on-site execution—all while ensuring seamless collaboration and meaningful results.
What You’ll Do
Manageend-to-endproductionforevents;ensuresmoothplanningandexecution,from initial client pitch to post-event reconciliation.
Lead and developimpactfuleventjourneys,integratingcreativenarrativesinto attendee touchpoints across pre-event, on-site, and post-event stages.
Representthebusinessinclientmeetings,fosteringstrongrelationshipsandproviding consultative solutions that align event concepts with client objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative designers, technical staff, account managers, operational teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality events.
Lead event-specific communication with clients, ensuring professionalism and consistency at every touchpoint.
Designandoverseedetailedproductionschedules,budgets,andresourceallocationto ensure events are delivered profitably, on-time, and on budget.
Partnerwithtechnicalvendorstoidentifyaudiovisual,scenic/staging,andaudio requirements; facilitate the creation of show flows and technical running orders.
Provideon-sitesupportforeventexecution,ensuringflawlessdeliveryandaddressing any day-of-event needs or challenges.
Evaluatepost-eventoutcomes,providingactionableinsightsandrecommendationsfor continuous improvement.
Drivesolutionsandinnovationsthatelevateproductionandcreateacompetitiveedge for the business.
What We're looking For:
Proven Production Expertise :Atleast10+yearsofexperienceineventproduction, including working on high-profile, global events. – Agency preferred
Creative Vision Meets Practicality :AbilitytoproduceCADdrawingsandensure precise execution, that aligns with the creative design is preferred.
Strong Leadership Skills :Provenabilitytoleadcross-functionalteams,including internal staff and vendor partners, driving collaboration and successful project outcomes.
Exceptional Client Engagement : Confidenceinengagingwithclients,understanding their needs, and continuously building strong, trusted relationships.
Technical Acumen: Familiaritywithadvancedaudiovisualandstagingtechniques ensures that your events not only tell a story but wow audiences.
Budget and Time Management :Skilledatdeliveringfinanciallyviableprojectswhile respecting tight timelines and stringent deadlines.

Location
United States
The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $70,000 to $140,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
