You are:  

We are looking for an innovative, forward-thinking, and highly skilled Art Director to join our Accenture Song Creative team. We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated, and inspirational candidate with solid visual design capabilities and a comprehensive understanding of how brands can express themselves across a n ecosystem . At Accenture, you will concept and design solutions as part of an interdisciplinary agency team to i nclude strateg ists , writers, designers, data/analy sts , technology, media and studio production specialists.

The work:  

  • Work ing under the direction of creative director and often in partnership with a writer, you will o wn visual concepts and solutions that solve an array of creative challenges while maintaining or developing optimal design workflow

  • Oversee and be hands-on in the creation of visual designs and systems, typography, logos, icons and more and applies design principles such as color, typography, photographic selection , organizing elements and usability    

  • Conceptualize and design solutions that are on brief, on brand and leverage brand style guides and strategic principles

  • Concept, assign, and direct designers, production staff and vendors to fulfill creative vision 

  • Prepare flawless deliverables for handoff to developers, producers and clients 

  • Present and defend solutions to other creatives , account leaders and clients    

  • Thrive on interdisciplinary collaboration with copywriters, designers, project managers, strategists and development team

  • Communicate with clients and internal teams in an effective and professional manner 

  • Manage and mentor more junior art directors and designers

    Basic Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of design experience ( in B2B or B2C client work )

  • At least 3 years of work experience in an agency environment

  • Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating smart, brand-building designs and executions , compelling visual solutions, design and interactive experiences

  • Have a track record of diverse experiences and an understanding of current visual trends with   a current aesthetic sensibility  

  • Previous experience working within a creative agency or equivalent industry experience in the creative field across all media—including digital, social, film, longform content and print

    Bonus points if you have :  

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, visuals arts, advertising, digital media or related field     

  • Comfortable presenting and defending work to internal teams and clients

  • Expertise in strategic brainstorming, bran d design and campaig n development

  • Experience with Telecomm, Media and Technology (CMT) industry clients

  • Experience in using GenAI as part of your workflow

  • Ability to multitask, manage simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

  • Experience in all media platforms – digital, social, film, longform content and print

  • Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, etc ), Figma

  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in scaled AOR engagements at a design level

  • Portfolio includes award-winning, industry-acclaimed work for craft and creativity ( OneShow , AD&D, Cannes, Webbys , Emmys, Andys, Effies , ADC)

  • Motion graphics or illustration skills a plus 

  • Participate d in new business initiatives 

  • Photo/video shoot direction experience 

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
