EMCOR Group Contract Coordinator (9) in Raleigh, North Carolina

Southern Industrial is looking for an experienced Contract Coordinator to work our of our Raleigh, NC corporate office.

In this role, you will be responsible for the lifecycle management of contracts for our industrial construction projects. You will ensure all agreements are accurate, complete, and meet company standards.

Essential Functions / Duties:

  • Review and analyze construction contracts for accuracy and completeness.

  • Manage document flow: obtain necessary approvals (internal & external), route for signatures via DocuSign, and securely file executed contracts.

  • Secure and maintain certificates of insurance from vendors and subcontractors.

  • Track and manage business license renewals for vendors and subcontractors.

  • Maintain a comprehensive contract database for easy access and retrieval.

  • May assist with contract negotiations and amendments.

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in contract administration or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of contract terminology and legal principles.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with DocuSign a plus.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Paralegal Degree in contract administration, preferred.

  • Computer skills to include MS Word, Excel, Outlook, database management.

  • Basic clerical skills to include data entry, report preparation and file maintenance,

  • Strong interpersonal communication, attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
