JOB REQUIREMENTS: Drive 26-foot dock truck. Work with employees to ensure quality delivery product/service in a timely and efficient manner according to Customer and assigned Supervisor\'s directives and specifications. Maintain a neat and organized warehouse Exercise a flexible/positive approach and attitude toward scheduling. Monitor environment to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Maintain accurate records as assigned to meet department and customer requirements. Provide operational recommendations, concerns, crew/line or customer information and communications to FS Plant & Logistics Manager/Designee. Use/operate industrial and material handling equipment, including forklift, cardboard compactor, machines and tooling. Drive agency vehicles as required by customer demands and production schedules. Continually adhere to agency policy, work-place rules, regulations and procedures. Serve as a role model and present a positive image to agency personnel and customers. Participate in agency committees as available and directed by Supervisor/Designee. Participate in personal development of work skills and knowledge. Be flexible with start and finish times. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Willingness to work in a variety of employment settings and locations preferred. Previous industrial experience preferred. Bi-lingual communication skills desired. Ability to supervise and motivate employees. Knowledge of and motivation to achieve customer fulfillment and expectations. Ability to problem solve and act in the absence of detailed instructions. Knowledge and ability to use/operate industrial and material handling equipment, including forklift, machines and tooling. Interpersonal and organizational skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
