Robert Half Help Desk Analyst III in Racine, Wisconsin

Description We are offering an opportunity for an experienced Help Desk Analyst III to join our team located in Racine, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be expected to provide IT support and administration, with a focus on Office365. You will be responsible for managing user accounts, emails, and permissions, and will have the opportunity to work closely with various 3rd party support teams. This role involves travel to various city locations to perform support operations.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage software and applications, with a focus on Office365.

• Set up user accounts, emails, and permission groups using the Active Directory and Exchange.

• Recognize urgent or priority requests and determine when to act independently or seek approval or guidance.

• Drive to various city locations to perform support operations.

• Work hands-on with our help desk, including working through backlog tickets and keeping clients informed on progress.

• Troubleshoot various ticket requests both in person and remotely.

• Image and deploy workstations and conduct equipment refreshes.

• Support our Police department (subject to passing a federal background check).

• Use your knowledge of Active Directory, Remote Server Administration tools, Windows Servers and Workstations, SCCM for update deployments, Meraki MDM for mobile device management, DUO for MFA, and SolarWinds Web Helpdesk.

• Support and manage Cisco Unity IP Phones and the Tyler Technologies ERP system.

Skills:

• Proficient with Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deskside Support, Desktop Hardware, MS Office 365, Server Administration, HP Server, Microsoft SCCM, Meraki, MDM Technologies, Multi-Factor Authentication, Two Factor Authentication, Microsoft Windows Server, Windows Workstation. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including MS Office 365

• Demonstrated experience with Active Directory

• Knowledge of Computer Hardware and Configuration Management

• Experience in Deskside Support and Desktop Hardware

• Familiarity with Server Administration, particularly HP Server and Microsoft Windows Server

• Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM and Meraki

• Experience with MDM Technologies

• Understanding of Multi-Factor Authentication and Two Factor Authentication

• Proficiency in managing Windows Workstations

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends

• Relevant certification or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field would be advantageous. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
