Red Hat Director of NVIDIA Strategic Partnership & Technology Integration in Raanana, Israel

Job Summary:

The Red Hat Ecosystems Engineering group is seeking a Director of NVIDIA Strategic Partnership & Technology Integration to lead our strategic partnership with NVIDIA. In this role, you will work with a diverse team of highly motivated engineers on designing and implementing integration solutions between Red Hat and NVIDIA technologies, with a focus on accelerators, AI/ML infrastructure, and enterprise-grade software solutions. You will lead the technical collaboration between both companies, ensuring seamless integration of NVIDIA's hardware and software stack with Red Hat's enterprise solutions while driving broader business outcomes across both organizations.

What you will do:

  • Lead the strategic vision, direction, and execution across multiple engineering teams focused on NVIDIA technology integration, including GPU, DPU, and AI accelerator enablement across Red Hat's product portfolio.

  • Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies for hardware acceleration, AI/ML infrastructure, and enterprise software integration between Red Hat and NVIDIA ecosystems.

  • Lead technical discussions and architectural decisions regarding accelerator enablement, driver integration, and AI/ML software stack optimization.

  • Collaborate closely with NVIDIA's product and engineering teams to ensure alignment on technical roadmaps and integration priorities.

  • Manage and grow a team of engineers specialized in hardware acceleration, driver development, and AI/ML infrastructure.

  • Drive customer adoption of joint Red Hat-NVIDIA solutions through technical enablement and ecosystem building.

  • Represent Red Hat in strategic technical discussions with NVIDIA leadership and joint customer engagements.

What you will bring:

  • Previously managed a group of 25+ engineers in a technical domain involving hardware-software integration.

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical solutions involving multiple stakeholders and engineering teams.

  • Strong proficiency in Linux systems, networking and infrastructure

  • Understanding of container runtime and orchestration technologies

  • Experience in building and maintaining strategic technical partnerships with major technology vendors.

  • Strong organizational capability including building and executing on aggressive plans, leading the everyday activities of a global engineering team.

  • Expertise in container technologies, Kubernetes, and cloud-native infrastructure.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable engineering deliverables.

Additional Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with NVIDIA's software stack, including CUDA, Triton Inference Server, and other AI frameworks.

  • Knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux, OpenShift, and other Red Hat platforms.

  • A passion for staying updated with the latest in AI, computing, and cloud technologies.
