Beacon Hill Staffing Group Facilities Associate in Queens, New York
Our client, a leading brand in luxury retail, is seeking a Facilities Associate to join their Long Island City, Queens team. The hours are 8am-4pm and this role is in the office five days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Provide maintenance support and serve as point of contact for facilities inquiries
- Clean/mop the office, shred documents, and perform machine maintenance
- Stock kitchens, wash dishes, and make coffee
- Arrange catering for meetings/internal events
- Take inventory of supplies
- 1+ year in a facilities related role
- Strong communication skills and a "no task big or too small" mentality
- Capable of lifting and carrying heavy items
- Up to $58,500 base depending on experience + bonus
- 401K with match
