HOW A SERVICE DESK SUPPORT SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT.

  • Manages operations from hardware/software planning through implementation

  • Supports network configuration and performance management activities

  • Ensures the continued operation of the EVoIP and/or Microsoft Teams telephony and network components

  • Provides legacy phone support for stand-alone phone systems

  • Engineer/Design/Deploy and Support Future Unified Communication (UC) capabilities and enhancements

  • O&M support

  • System Certificate renewals

  • PC/server rebuild, tech refresh (phone and phone system deployment).

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED :

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's -4 years; MA/MS Degree- 3 years

Associates and a minimum of 5 years’ experience.

Substitutions Allowed: No Degree- 9 years of related experience; Bachelor's-4 years; MA/MS Degree- 3 years

CLEARANCE:

Top Secret (TS) level with the ability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $32.69 - $44.23. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
