Global Dimensions Identity Intelligence Analyst - Mid in Quantico, Virginia

Global Dimensions is currently seeking Mid level Identity Intelligence Analysts for positions in Quantico, Virginia.

Analyst will:

  • Perform MULTI-INT triage, research, exploitation, organization, prioritization, analysis production, and dissemination in alignment with Government policies, priorities, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Offer expert support in all aspects of I2 analysis, including, but not limited to, triage, research, exploitation, analysis, production, and dissemination of Biometric, Forensic, Face & Image Analysis, Cellular Exploitation (CELLEX), Document and Media Exploitation (DOMEX) derived products, and I2 training.

  • Develop deliverables such as, but not limited to, completed intelligence reports, biometric/biographic analysis reports, SIGINT or CELLEX-related analysis reports, DOMEX-derived reports, all-source analysis reports, analytic briefings, RFI responses, training materials, or other future analytical products.

  • Analyze identity-related data, multi-source intelligence, cellular data, and SIGINT to extract additional insights using advanced analytic tools and techniques, producing All-Source intelligence reports in a 24/7/365-366 shift environment.

  • Use DONISIS, BI2R, or any other relevant or future systems or databases for research and exploitation purposes.

  • Ensure that the content within reports is clear, logical, comprehensive, and properly formatted, with correct syntax, classification, and an understandable presentation.

  • Demonstrate and apply technical subject matter expertise in Identity Intelligence, including knowledge of Electronic Fingerprint Transaction (EFT) files, Originating Identifiers (ORIs), Transaction Control Numbers (TCNs), Biometric Identifiers (BIDs), and other I2 biometric data.

  • Provide up to 24/7/365-366 support for the management of the DoD Biometric-Enabled Watchlist (BEWL) and National Level Watchlisting operations, including tasks such as encounter management, nomination support, change/removal requests, RFIs, and other BEWL-related or Watchlisting tasks.

  • Perform triage, research, exploitation, analysis, production, and dissemination of I2 data to support national watchlisting efforts, operationalizing biometric or forensic intelligence (BEI/FEI) and identity intelligence (I2) to meet the DoD's objectives for Homeland Security Presidential Directives 6, 11, and 24.

  • Coordinate reach back I2 support for deployed forces and execute supporting tasks to ensure mission success.

  • Provide tactical, operational, and national-level I2 support to all USMC forces and approved partner forces.

  • Provide up to (24/7/365-366) I2 support for all CONUS and OCONUS operations.

  • Manage and analyze I2 data using tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite, various databases, and other relevant software.

  • Perform case management for all Department of Navy Identification and Screening Information System (DONISIS) submissions.

  • Monitor shared inboxes across required networks and redirect relevant emails to the appropriate I2AC leadership. Coordinate with agencies such as the Data Forensics and Biometrics Agency (DFBA), National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC), Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS), and FBI Special Investigative Unit (SIU).

  • Apply forensic methodologies to identify, extract, analyze, and disseminate I2 information from documents and media collected during military operations.

  • Extract facial images from media for further analysis.

  • Establish an ongoing process for refining the selection and prioritization of files/documents to identify those with high potential for valuable information.

  • Maintain a log of reviewed documents.

  • Assess identity-related data within images and videos to resolve identities of interest to USMC and partner forces.

  • Conduct tasks such as 1:N searches, 1:1 comparisons, image optimization, image/video authentication, metadata analysis, and geolocation identification.

  • Perform both open-source and classified research to obtain high-quality images and videos.

  • Utilize facial recognition software and relevant databases.

  • Maintain collaborative partnerships with other Facial Identification (FI) enabled organizations and leverage their expertise.

  • Produce and distribute Facial Comparison Analysis Reports (FCAR) or Media Exploitation (MEDEX) Rollups.

  • Shift work, with start and end times determined by the I2 Branch supervisors/leadership.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI Security Clearance.

  • Desired Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

  • Desired Education: Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

  • Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that confirm the completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category.

  • Demonstrates the ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and/or technically advanced. Shows the ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a variety of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.

  • Demonstrates the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction.

  • Demonstrates the ability to collaborate with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection efforts, and resolving analytic disputes and conflicts.

  • Demonstrates the ability to develop clear, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.

  • Demonstrates the ability to lead teams in researching complex or critical problems. Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies, using argument evaluation and validated analytic methods to challenge differing perspectives.
