Having overall leadership skills in the attainment of goals with respect to safety, quality, delivery, cost and compliance
Leading cell to achieve goals in asset utilization, manufacturing loss improvement, delivered quality, budget and cost reduction.
Ensuring that Quality defects are contained, reported, and repaired in a timely manner, resolving quality issues
DON'T accept defects, DON'T make defects, and DON'T pass defects
Having the overall of cell leadership to continuously improve manufacturing, test, assembly, and process for all assigned products processes.
Continuously updated the modern technology and processes to enhance product/process producibility and delivered quality requirements
Responsible for communication of key business / customer issues to employees
Selecting, hiring, training, and developing talent including build-up performance development for employees,
Assisting to resolve conflict among employees, consulting to HR and Leadership team in difficult situations
Supporting manager in the strategic planning of manpower, equipment, and other resources
Other tasks as assigned by leadership team
