Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Experienced Quality Systems Specialist to support the Quality Management Systems team in Papa Hungary.

Position Responsibilities:

  • EASA/EMAR knowledge for continues cooperation with responsible airworthiness authority

  • Cooperation with Ministry of Defense (MOD) and State Aviation Department (SAD) for Corp reparation and approval of Boeing Papa Hungary EMAR 145 MOE

  • Support of MOD SAD audit;

  • Support of annual Aircraft cert flight for three C-17 aircraft;

  • Authorization process for maintenance MAML licensing (Military Aircraft Maintenance License);

  • Informing MOD SAD about malfunctions that effects aircraft airworthy;

  • Update Form4`s for management and submit them to MOD SAD;

Employer is willing to sponsor applicants for employment visa status.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English. B2 level required

  • Experience in operating management systems

  • 1+ years AS9100 Rev. D auditing experience

  • 3+ years of experience with Root Cause Corrective Action

  • 1+ years of experience in conducting internal audits in accordance with Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Standards

  • Competency in reading, comprehension and speaking the English language is necessary

  • Active or ability to obtain NATO Secret Clearance or US Security Clearance is required

Typical Education/Experience:

  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications/ would be an advantage:

  • Aeronautical qualification

  • AS9100 Rev. D Lead Auditor Training and Certificate

  • American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)

  • Training and/or experience in using Lean Manufacturing Principles

  • Experience in Lean events (e.g., Accelerated Improvement Workshop (AIW) or Value Stream Mapping (VSM)) or Lean class

  • Familiarity with C-17 platform

  • “C-17 Maintenance type certificate”:

  • Familiar with REDI document and the Vector system

  • Be familiar with the Technical Order system, GOP for C-17

  • Familiar with Publication Change Request (AFTO22)

  • Familiar with AFTO-781 forms before handover to customer

  • The ability to substitute the QPS person in case of vacation/ illness

  • Fluency in written and oral Hungaran language

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Relocation is offered on this requisition for qualified candidates.
