Including goals to accelerate our reduction of added sugars and sodium using science-based targets across our portfolio and offering more products with healthier oils by 2025.ResponsibilitiesPepsiCo's Sustainable Agriculture team is dedicated to creating a resilient and sustainable agricultural system that is vital for the company's business continuity, environmental stewardship, and food systems change. We support PepsiCo & our partners in delivering our Positive Agriculture agenda which focuses on regenerative farming practices, sustainable sourcing, and improving livelihoods, aiming to spread these practices across 7 million acres of farmland. The team works globally, collaborating with farmers and partners to address climate change impacts and support economic prosperity, farm security, and women's economic empowerment.This is a hybrid role that will be located in either Purchase, NY; Chicago, IL; Washington, D.C.The Sustainable Agriculture Partnerships Associate Manager role is responsible for:- Conducting research on potential partners in key markets, globally.- Managing and nurturing strategic partnerships with external stakeholders in the sustainable agriculture space.- Liaising with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, to manage partnership related challenges and identify opportunities.- Facilitating co-creation workshops and proposal development for key funding opportunities.- Collecting data from project owners/partners and report on the progress and impact of partnership initiatives at a global level.- Maintaining database of active and reviewed partners/initiatives, developing streamlined due diligence and onboarding processes for new partners.- Drafting and maintaining project and partnership governance documents.Compensation and Benefits:- The expected compensation range for this position is between $89,000 - $149,000.- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
