We are combining many world-leading technologies and teams into the Fusion family. The role is with one of the Fusion Modelling team in the Design and Manufacturing Organisation within the Product Design and Manufacturing Solutions division. This team defines and builds the best modelling environment in Fusion. We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Pune-based scrum team working on Fusion Modelling. You will report to Engineering Manager and you will work from Pune location in Hybrid workplace type.
Responsibilities
Work on a truly Agile team, 2 week-long sprints, and a emphasis on test automation for all code changes
Design, implement, test, and maintain features for Fusion 360 based on stakeholders' requirements, mostly in C++ Write technical design documents, participate in design and code reviews, develop estimates for tasks, and document code
Work closely and iteratively with developers, quality team, and user experience designers
Work with an extended team of software developers, quality team, and product designers in the US and other worldwide engineering sites
Flexible and respond quickly to Experience providing engineering support to customer support team to resolve any critical customer issues under changing conditions
Program primarily in C++ using Microsoft Visual Studio on Windows, and Xcode on OS X
Participate actively in code reviews
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other engineering discipline
2+ years of experience building and delivering robust, performant, and maintainable commercial applications
Good C++ and Data Structures, Object-oriented Programming, Design Patterns, Computer Science fundamentals
Familiar with cross-platform application development using Visual Studio development environment on Windows and XCode on the MacOS
Experience in CAD software development
Experience with Jira & Git
