Eaton Corporation Senior Specialist - Cloud Security Architect in Pune, India
What you’ll do:
Join Eaton’s Information Technology team and help positively impact our business through leading technologies, exciting and challenging enterprise projects and new platforms. We are currently seeking a Cloud Security Architect with focus on DevSecOps and Application Security to join our Architecture, Governance & Security Center of Excellence (AGSCoE) team.
This position will be responsible to design, build, deliver, maintain, and integrate security controls into software development processes and applications, leveraging industry and standards-based engineering principles and patterns.

In this role, you will:
• Perform gap analysis of CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery) pipeline security for applications being deployed to public Cloud
• Develop and receive leadership consensus for roadmaps related to application controls and supporting technologies
• Ensure that code adheres to strict standards for accessibility, security, and sustainability
• Collaborate across a multi-functional organization to drive ongoing, automated code scanning and security testing
• Actively participate in requirements, architecture reviews, and design meetings
• Engage corporate and business application owners/developers to ensure Eaton security standards are being complied with for internal and cloud-based applications
• Develop and collect compliance and other metrics to measure progress
• Facilitate security training of development teams
• Document and ensure that secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) design principles/practices are known and being used by application development teams (waterfall and DevOps)
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity colleagues and application owners to drive Zero Trust initiative (MS-SDL)
• Ensure API/microservices landscape is secured via Apigee or other suitable means
• Perform/direct, threat modeling, static code analysis, vulnerability testing, risk analysis on Eaton application code bases
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cloud and application development is required
Skills:
• Fluent in cloud security tools and concepts with specific focus on Azure, AWS, and GCP
