Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and Digital Transformation Specialist_P2P to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data mining using Celonis, data representation with Power BI, and managing digital projects such as e-invoicing, developing digital tools like SharePoint and chatbots. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent people management skills.
Job Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making for P2P.
Utilize CELONIS for data mining and process optimization.
Create and maintain data representations and dashboards using Power BI.
Lead and manage digital projects, including e-invoicing, with tools such as EDICOM and ARIBA.
Develop and implement digital tools such as SharePoint and chatbots to enhance process efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and implement best practices.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Background & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in finance , science, information technology, finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in data analysis, data mining (CELONIS), and data representation (Power BI).
Experience with digital project management, including e-invoicing tools (EDICOM, ARIBA).
Experience in developing and implementing digital tools like SharePoint and chatbots.
Strong stakeholders’ management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience of 3-7 years or more in Digital transformation/reporting P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes in a global or multinational company.
