Lead UI/UX Designer

You’ll work on high-impact design initiatives for our HCM platform, driving innovation and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’ll work on end-to-end design process that solve complex HR challenges into user friendly and delightful experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design from ideation to pixel-perfect execution.

Create product experience by aligning user research, competitive analysis, and business goals into cohesive solutions.

Work with designers in workshops, design critiques, and hands-on collaboration.

Collaborate with engineering to ensure seamless implementation, advocating for both usability and technical feasibility.

Advocate user-centricity at different phases of product design and translate insights into actionable iterations.

Must haves

5+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end ownership of enterprise/SaaS products, including user journeys, advanced prototypes, and adoption of design system.

Expertise in Figma to create interactive, data-rich interfaces that solve real business problems.

Mastery of design thinking methodologies from concept generation, user testing, and iterative prototyping to turn ambiguity into clarity.

You’ve shaped product experience by translating user insights and market trends into compelling design narratives.

Approach problems with systems thinking, designing not just features but interconnected ecosystems that elevate the entire platform.

Good to have

Experience in enterprise software, HCM, or HR tech.

Experience in micro-interactions, modern design, and delightful experiences

Familiarity in UX for AI, workflows and analytics
