Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented undergraduate student to join our CEO Office for a summer internship. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience working directly with the CEO and the executive team, contributing to high-impact projects, and gaining insights into the strategic operations of a leading company.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the CEO and the CEO Office with daily administrative tasks and special projects.
Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities.
Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for executive meetings.
Support the coordination and execution of strategic initiatives and corporate events.
Attend and take minutes at executive meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up on action items.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and provide support on various projects.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications & Experience
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize information and present findings clearly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated interest in business strategy, corporate governance, and executive leadership.

On-site Protocol
BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility.
