Summary:

The Associate Director, MF Marketing- Hematology will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of brand strategies to drive the continued success of a first-in-class erythroid maturation agent. This role will contribute to the strategic planning, execution, and commercial expansion efforts, including the launch of the myelofibrosis (MF) indication .

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Lifecycle Management:

  • Support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to maximize commercial success.

  • Assist in lifecycle planning, including indication expansion, real-world evidence initiatives, and new market entry strategies.

  • Contribute to brand positioning, messaging, and customer segmentation to strengthen competitive differentiation.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of lifecycle strategies.

Myelofibrosis Launch Execution:

  • Assist in the implementation of a go-to-market strategy for myelofibrosis (MF) indication , ensuring successful adoption.

  • Support HCP engagement and market education initiatives

  • Collaborate with medical affairs and regulatory teams on scientific communications, publications, and thought leader engagement.

  • Work with market access teams to support reimbursement and payer strategy execution.

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Monitor competitive threats, including biosimilars and emerging therapies, and recommend strategic responses.

  • Leverage data analytics and customer insights to optimize brand strategy and execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution:

  • Work closely with sales, market access, regulatory, and medical affairs teams to align marketing initiatives with broader commercial goals.

  • Support the development of field materials, training programs, and digital marketing campaigns.

  • Engage with external partners, including agencies and vendors, to ensure high-quality execution of marketing programs.

Performance Monitoring & Business Insights:

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze marketing effectiveness.

  • Provide business insights and recommendations to the Executive Director and senior leadership.

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management, or lifecycle management, preferably in hematology or rare diseases.

  • Experience in supporting product launches, preferably in hematology, oncology, or rare disease indications.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in hematology, oncology, or rare disease pharmaceutical marketing.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends, omnichannel engagement, and customer-centric strategies.

  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and forecasting.
