Cardinal Health Digital Marketing Manager in Leeds, United Kingdom

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute and influence the innovation roadmap for digital channel technologies, functionality, and platforms that deliver against the overall business objectives and strategies

  • Work with Corporate Communication and Product Marketing teams to provide recommendations for best-practice digital strategy.

  • Manage the day-to-day support and execution of digital marketing campaigns including project management, build, QA, deployment, measurement/reporting

  • Provide subject-matter expertise on paid marketing strategies that will meet business objectives

  • Lead the targeting and audience segmentation for digital campaigns across a variety of programs and initiatives

  • Leverage automation to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support and scale

  • Develop and execute A/B testing in paid campaigns and brand studies to refine messaging and drive brand lift

  • Leverage data to analyze results, establish benchmarks, identify trends, report and execute on key findings in a way that informs decisions and improves the customer experience

  • Analyze campaign results and provide actionable recommendations for improved performance

  • Proactively work to maintain SEO fundamentals – XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, meta descriptions & title tags, etc.

  • Conduct ongoing content, keyword, and URL audits to improve user and search engine relevancy of key pages

Qualifications & Experience

  • University or college degree with at least 5-7 years of digital marketing experience in campaign management, email marketing, analysis & reporting, project management, social media & eCommerce preferred

  • Experience in B2B digital marketing preferred

  • Experience with implementation of Salesforce, Pardot, Sales Enablement tools

  • Ability to set forecasted goals and to develop business strategy that achieves those goals

  • Proven experience managing search engine marketing and social marketing budgets and campaigns

  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices

  • Understanding of HTML, CSS and code structure including XML sitemap submissions, internal linking and keyword generation

  • Analytically driven, including experience with Google Analytics

  • Strong project management and inter-departmental coordination skills

  • Highly motivated with ability to thrive in a fluid and demanding environment

  • eCommerce experience a plus

  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty

  • Able to develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with leadership and other staff members

  • Thinking and acting entrepreneurially

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

  • Fluency in English

  • Medical devices industry experience a plus
