- Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent experience
[Experience or Skill requirements: ]{arial",sans-serif"=""}
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a Business or Commercial Banking environment with emphasis on credit and commercial real estate preferred.
Prior experience with loan processing or underwriting required.
Ability to analyze financial statements, property operating statements, corporate and personal tax returns.
Understanding of commercial real estate loan structuring processes and regulations associated with commercial real estate lending
Strong understanding of commercial real estate loan documentation preferred.
Strong understanding of commercial banking ownership structures preferred.
Knowledge of Commercial Banking services
