Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to oversee and manage the maintenance operations of our facility. The Maintenance Director will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all mechanical, electrical, and industrial systems, as well as managing a team of maintenance technicians. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime - Oversee the maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues or areas for improvement - Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols - Manage the budget for maintenance activities, including purchasing necessary supplies and equipment - Collaborate with other departments to support ongoing projects and initiatives Requirements: - Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred - Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in an industrial setting - Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and schematics - Proficiency in project management principles and practices - Familiarity with HVAC systems and their maintenance requirements - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels We offer competitive compensation packages and benefits for this position.
