We are looking for a candidate that embodies the following skills,
- Must have thorough knowledge of all areas of CNC manufacturing including 4 and 5 axis machining.
- Strong leader and team member with good communication skills who is willing to mentor subordinates.
- Needs ability to solve complex, close tolerance machine problems while proofing CNC programs.
- Experienced in cycle time reduction and job optimization of small to medium production lots.
- Must be dedicated to understanding and then exceeding customer expectations with on time delivery and first time quality.
- Be willing to work overtime as required to meet production schedules.
