You as Customer Database Qualifier are responsible for calling and accurately qualifying the Videojet suspect database across the Czech Republic and Slovakia in order to expand our visibility of the market.

In this role, in a typical day you will:

• Effectively perform data qualification campaigns

• Accurately and efficiently enter/update data records

• Qualify new data lists prior to database submission

• Qualify and convert suspect data to prospect records with full profile depth at or above target

• Conduct number of dials/calls at or above daily target

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Can demonstrate success in a competitive outbound calling environment

• Proficiency with CRM systems and data integrity

• ​Process and metric driven

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Strong knowledge of PC applications and internet

• Good oral and written English
