What will you be doing?
Your level of responsibility will grow depending on your background and experience:
- Ensure smooth planning of events while fully understanding clients’ requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal departments.
- Apply a structured upselling approach to maximize event revenue.
- Conduct hotel site inspections and client show rounds.
- Participate actively in hotel promotional activities.
- Prepare clear, accurate, and timely event documentation.
- Communicate efficiently with clients and all relevant hotel teams.
- Pay attention to detail at every stage of the event planning process.
For more experienced candidates, the role may also include:
- Managing more complex and high-profile events independently.
- Coaching and guiding less experienced team members.
- Contributing to team targets, commercial strategy, and upselling initiatives.
- Leading and developing the event planning team.
What are we looking for?
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
- Passion for events, detail orientation, and a commercial mindset.
- Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, sales, or a similar role is an advantage but not a must.
- Leadership and coaching skills are welcomed for more senior candidates.
- Knowledge of hotel systems and the local market is an advantage.
- Business-level Czech is preferred.
